Risky
Business Seafood offers commercial vacuum packaging for all of your
seafood. For a nominal fee, I will trim, vacuum pack, freeze,
and
store your catch until you are ready to go home. We customize every
order to fit the family, so you thaw only enough for a meal. I have
been doing this for nine years, and everyone who has had it done has
come back very satisfied and had it done again. Most people say that
they cannot believe how good the fish tastes even six months later.
At
our Hatteras market, we will vacuum pack for free any seafood you
purchase at either of our two markets. (The other is in Avon.). We have
a lot of people take home fresh-frozen Hatteras seafood for the winter.
